Bill has been involved in the oil and gas business for over 20 years. Prior to founding Bearkat, Bill gained a deep knowledge of the land related aspects of exploration, development, production, acquisition and divestiture. Bill is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Reed provides legal counsel to Bearkat on all transactional matters. Reed graduated from Rice University, and received his JD from the University of Houston Law Center.

Harvey Petter Executive Vice President
Harvey has over 35 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of the oil and gas business. Harvey has an extensive background covering oil and gas production, accounting, marketing, and pipeline operations. Prior to joining Bearkat, Harvey served as the President of Howell Gas Marketing.

Daniel Ziegler Exploration Manager
Dan has over 25 years of experience in all technical and operational phases of exploration and production. Dan is an expert in the Cotton Valley Reef and Bossier Plays in the East Texas Basin. Dan received his B.S. in geology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
